Class Policies ~Class Registration, Payment, Cancellation, and Reimbursement Policies~
Registration:
Class listings include any requirements necessary to attend the class such as experience. No one can participate in any event, class or workshop at Noodlesaurus Glass Studio without having a Noodlesaurus Glass Studio Waiver on file. Guest Teacher classes are not usually available for registration online to avoid overbooking.
Payment Beadmaking 101 or 201:
Payment in full is due at registration.
Payment Special Guest Teacher Classes:
All classes require payment in full. Credit card will not be charge until the class has enough students for the class to be Some classes have additional fees such as "Teacher Provided Supplies Fees," and/or "Studio Provided Supply Fees." The class page will tell you what fees are due and when.
You can register and pay for classes, by calling the studio, 484-645-3131. I also accept cash, personal check, or credit card at the studio. If paying by check, I will hold your class seat for one week to allow mailed checks sufficient time to arrive. If payment is not received in time, your seat may be released to another person. If you do not want to pay using PayPal and the online shopping cart system, please contact Noodlesaurus Glass Studio/Kris Schaible directly.
Cancellation and Reimbursement Policies:
If Noodlesaurus Glass Studio cancels the class for any reason and cannot reschedule the class, you will receive 100% refund by the method that you originally made your payment. If you need to cancel for any reason, there are no refunds or studio credits. If you must cancel and you have another student able to fill your seat you will receive a full refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee (it is a lot of extra work and credit card fees apply to charges and refunds) once the new students fees are paid in full.
Noodlesaurus Glass Studio will send by mail each student a copy of this policy and ask that you sign it and return it to the studio; I will provide a prepaid addressed envelope. After the studio receives back the sign copy of the policy, then your credit card will be charged and your seat will be confirmed 100%
Liability Waiver: You must sign or have on file at the studio a Noodlesaurus Glass Studio Waiver, copy will be provided for your review before class registration is completed. Some guest teachers may also require your signature on their own waiver, which will be provided at registration.
Mailing Your Beads:
If you travel to attend a class, I will mail your last class day beads to you if you are unable to pick them up the next day.
A $10.00 time/gas/ shipping fee will apply to each student that would like their beads shipped and is payable before the end of class. I will provide each student with a USPS flat rate small box, shipping costs $4.95, they will address the box themselves during class and I will package the beads as best I can for a safe arrival to the student.
Shipment of your items will occur within one week of your class ending unless I let you know that is not possible.
Thank you for understanding that making commitments to local artists or bringing a guest artist to the studio takesadvance planning and financial commitment. It can be an expensive endeavor in which many aspects must be paid for several months in advance. These strict policies are necessary so I may continue to provide us all with the wonderful experience of studying with the fantastic lampwork artists from around our country and around the world.
